The foundation promotes the interests of its community members, strengthens their societal engagement and trust in societal institutions, and contributes to the development of the Finnish democratic society and the constitutional state.

The goal of the Islamic Cultural Center is to serve as a common space for Muslims in the Turku region and address the diverse needs of the Muslim community.

The Islamic Cultural Center will include civic activities aimed at strengthening and developing the citizenship, civic skills, integration, and participation of Muslims in Turku.

Activities will be organized in the center with the aim of enhancing community spirit and addressing the social needs of different groups within the community, such as youth, families, and the elderly.

Within the Islamic Cultural Center, there will be businesses and organizations from within the community that will contribute to the vibrancy and diversity of the center’s activities.

At the core of the cultural center, there will be a mosque that, in terms of its space, can bring together the Muslim community in Turku and address the religious needs of the community.
